Refund policy

You have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of the day you received the goods. You do not have to give any reason.

How to proceed

Write to us at info@sidehits.store that you are withdrawing from the contract. Include your order number.

Within 14 days of sending the withdrawal, send the goods back to us in one of these ways:

• to the address sidehits.store, Břest 326, 768 23 Břest, or
• to the Zásilkovna Z-BOX: Z-BOX Břest 87, 768 23 Břest.

Please include in the parcel a note with the order number or a completed withdrawal form — so that we can match the shipment to your order and refund the money to the right account.

After receiving the shipment, we will refund your money within 14 days by the same payment method you used (unless we agree otherwise).

You pay the cost of return postage.

We may withhold the refund until we receive the goods back — or until you prove to us that you have sent them.

What condition the goods must be in

You may unpack, inspect and try the goods — just as you would try them in a physical store. This does not affect your right to return in any way.

However, if you handled the goods beyond what is necessary to familiarise yourself with their nature, characteristics and functionality — for example, you wore or used the goods for a longer time, washed, damaged or otherwise devalued them — you are liable to us for the decrease in their value. We may reduce the refunded price by this amount.

We assess the degree of the decrease in value individually according to the actual condition of the returned item and will always explain it to you.
